SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wishes on Soaps! We want to ensure your handcrafted soaps arrive in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
 
1. Domestic Shipping Only

  • We do not ship internationally.

  • We currently only ship to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states and Puerto Rico). We do not deliver to international P.O. Boxes or cargo forwarding companies.
     

2. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Note for artisan soaps: If you have purchased a specific soap design or batch that requires additional curing time, the estimated ship date will be clearly stated in the product description.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
     

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your total cart amount:
Standard Flat RateOrders under $85.00 to 5 business days ($7.95)
FREE Standard ShippingOrders of $85.00 or more3 to 5 business days (Free)
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carriers (such as USPS or UPS) and begin from the moment the package leaves our workshop in Florida.
 
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been handed over to the postal service. This email will contain your tracking number, which will be active within 24 hours so you can monitor your package in real-time.
 
5. Damages and Losses During Transit
Our soaps are carefully packed to withstand transit. However, if you receive your order damaged due to carrier handling, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the external packaging (box or mailer) and the damaged products immediately upon arrival.

  2. Contact us at our official customer support email within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  3. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they are required to file a formal claim with the shipping carrier.
     

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address thoroughly when placing an order. Wishes on Soaps is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our facility for this reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend it.

A Note on Caring for Your Artisan Soaps
Because our products are natural, handcrafted soaps made using the cold process method, high transit temperatures during certain times of the year can cause them to soften slightly during travel. We highly recommend letting your soap bars rest in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight before their first use.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Wishes on Soaps! We take great pride in our handmade soaps and body products. Because our items are personal care goods, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

 

1. Return Window & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The safety seals (if applicable) must be intact.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Exceptions)

Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned or refunded once they have been opened or used:

  • Any soap, bath bomb, or body product that has been unwrapped, used, or tested.

  • Custom-made or personalized soap orders.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

 

Skin Sensitivities Notice: We list all product ingredients clearly on our website. Please review them prior to purchase if you have allergies. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for personal skin reactions or variations in natural scents/colors.

 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We inspect and package every order with love and care in Lake Mary, FL. However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, please let us know right away so we can make it right.

  • Reporting Window: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • What to Provide: Email us at wishesonsopas@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and shipping box.

  • Resolution: If approved, we will ship out a replacement item at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund.

 

4. How to Initiate a Return

If your item is unopened and eligible for a return based on Section 1, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at wishesonsopas@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the return is due to our error or damage). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on its condition.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to process your return. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
